Employment Agreement

We Clean Everything, hereinafter, “the Company”, “We”; Employee hereinafter “Employee(s)”, “You”.

At-Will Employment.

Employment with the Company is at-will, meaning either the Employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Compensation.

Employee will be compensated as follows:

All compensation is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Overtime must be approved in advance by management.

Job Duties.

Employee agrees to perform duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning.
  • Following job-site instructions.
  • Maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Employees agrees to perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with Company policies.

Work Schedule.

Employee understands that work schedules may vary and may include:

  • Evenings.
  • Weekends.
  • Holidays.

Employee agrees to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Policies & Procedures.

Employee agrees to comply with all Company policies, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Failure to follow Company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Confidentiality.

Employee agrees not to disclose or use any confidential information, including:

  • Client information.
  • Pricing.
  • Company operations.

This obligation continues after employment ends.

Non-Solicitation.

During employment and for a period of 12 months after separation, Employee agrees not to:

  • Solicit Company clients.
  • Perform services for Company clients independently.
  • Encourage clients to terminate services with the Company.

Non-Compete.

For a period of 6 months after separation, Employee agrees not to:

  • Work for or operate a competing cleaning business within a 25-mile radius of Company operations.

Company Property.

Employee agrees to:

  • Use Company equipment properly.
  • Return all Company property upon termination.
  • Report any damage immediately.

Background Check Authorization.

Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check, where permitted by law.

Drug-Free Workplace.

Employee agrees to comply with the Company’s drug-free workplace policy.

Policies.

Employee agrees to follow all Company policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook.

Entire Agreement.

This Agreement, along with the Employee Handbook and signed onboarding documents, represents the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal agreements or representations shall modify this Agreement.

Acknowledgment.

By signing below, Employee acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understand this Agreement.
  • Agree to all terms and conditions.
  • Understand employment is at-will.
