Employee Handbook

We Clean Everything, hereinafter, “the Company”, “We”; Employee hereinafter “Employee(s)”, “You”.

Mission Statement.

Quality is never an accident; it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and disciplined execution. We are committed to delivering exceptional service through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Employment Relationship (At-Will).

Employment with the company is at-will. This means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable Florida law.

Employment Eligibility & E-Verify.

All employees must complete Form I-9 within three (3) days of hire.

We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility. Providing false documentation or information will result in termination.

Background Check Disclosure.

The Company may conduct background checks, including criminal history, employment verification, and driving records where applicable. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results where permitted by law.

Workers’ Compensation.

We provide Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by Florida law.

All workplace injuries must be reported immediately. Failure to report may result in denial of benefits and/or disciplinary action.

Professional Conduct.

Employees are expected to:

  • Always act professionally.
  • Treat clients and coworkers with respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Protect company and client property.

Job Duties & Expectations.

Employees may perform residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning, included but not limited to:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
  • Restroom sanitation and restocking.
  • Trash removal.
  • Window and surface cleaning.
  • Specialty services (carpet, waxing, etc.).

Employees must:

  • Follow all job-site procedures.
  • Secure all buildings (locks, alarms).
  • Report damages or issues immediately.
  • Never use client property or belongings.

Attendance & Scheduling.

Employees must report to work on time and as scheduled.

Absences or tardiness must be reported as early as possible.

Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Payroll.

  • Pay structure is outlined in your employment agreement.
  • Overtime must be pre-approved.
  • Direct deposit is available.

Drug-Free Workplace.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol.

Use, possession, or impairment during work is prohibited and may result in termination. Drug testing may be conducted where permitted by law.

Workplace Safety & Violence.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for threats, violence, or weapons.

Employees should report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Harassment & Discrimination.

Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited.

Employees should report concerns to management immediately.

Retaliation against any employee who reports concerns is prohibited.

Company Property & Equipment.

Employees are responsible for proper use and care of company equipment.

Lost, damaged, or unreturned items must be reported immediately.

Use of Vehicles.

Employees operating company vehicles must:

  • Follow all laws.
  • Not use vehicles for personal reasons.
  • Avoid phone use while driving.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Cell Phone Policy.

Personal phone use is limited to breaks.

No texting or personal calls during working time unless approved.

Performance & Discipline.

Disciplinary action may include:

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning
  • Suspension
  • Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate employment at any time.

Confidentiality.

Employees must not disclose:

  • Client information.
  • Pricing.
  • Company operations.

Non-Solicitation & Non-Compete.

Non-Solicitation

During employment and for 12 months after separation, employees may not:

  • Solicit Company clients.
  • Perform services for Company clients independently.
  • Encourage clients to leave the Company.

Non-Compete

For 6 months after employment, employees may not work for or start a competing cleaning business within a 25-mile radius of Company operations.

Client Protection Policy.

Employees may not:

  • Accept direct payment from clients.
  • Perform side work for Company clients.
  • Use or remove client property.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Liability & Damage Reporting.

All damages must be reported immediately.

Failure to report damage may result in disciplinary action.

Meetings.

Employees are expected to attend required meetings unless excused.

Acknowledgment.

This handbook is not a contract of employment. Policies may be updated at any time.
